BK ART & CRAFTS manufactures attractive, wooden, handmade, and high-quality decorative products. These products are one of the excellent examples of the creativity of skilled artisans and are highly acknowledged due to their attractive look and smooth finish. All products are made of good and genuine quality raw materials. We use ‘Earleaf Acacia’ or ‘Akashmoni’ or ‘Auri’ wood and ‘Teak’ or ‘Sagwan’ wood, which are considered the best woods for this purpose. Two aspects of art are fine and functional art. Functional art always brings beauty to the objects of our daily use. Wood statues, wood idols, or other examples of wood art are wholly manual, not machine-made. We manufacture products generation by generation. And now, these products are being manufactured with the coordination of local artists as well. Not only men, but also women sculptors play a significant role in manufacturing products. An artist makes these products through his/her hard labor and aesthetic sense. Artists, with the help of hammers, chisels, saws, drills, scroll saws, etcetera, are laboriously making these things. They always manage to attract others with their work. With their devotion to art, they have convinced a large number of people in the country and abroad. Designing, polishing, and finishing are the main attractions of our products. • We use ‘Earleaf Acacia’ or ‘Akashmoni’ or Auri wood and ‘Teak’ or ‘Sagwan’ wood and high-quality varnish that gives the products a glossy look and long life.

Shipping:

Our team generally procures and ships the items within 1-2 days. And total shipping time is around 5-8 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please enter your default PIN code on the product checkout page to know more accurate delivery times. It is possible that our order manager or our delivery partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 2-7 business days for any cancellation from our side. And in that case, we are sorry not to provide your desired product in your area. In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation Email/SMS, report the issue within 4 days after receiving delivery notification for us to investigate.

Payments:

We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partner (Razorpay) uses secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Credit and Debit cards, Net banking (covering 44 banks), UPI (covering 200+ banks), and various mobile wallets (JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money, and PayZapp) to make your purchase. And also cash on delivery is available for specific products. Making the online payment is totally secure. Razorpay uses industry-standard AES-128-bit encryption for all user data and ensures all services are served over HTTPS using TLS to secure data transmission to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

Cancellation And Return Policy:

Return or cancellation are the schemes provided by us directly under this policy, in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund is offered to you. The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for shipment. However, the customer may choose to return or replace the product within 4 days of delivery. The time window for cancellation is 4 days, and the order cannot be cancelled once this time has passed. In case of any cancellation from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

General Rules for a Successful Return:

1. In cases where a product is found missing/damaged/defective, contact us or just go to your order section, click on the particular order, and click the button to replace or return the product. We will process a replacement or return of the product in 1-3 business days.

2. If you have chosen to replace the product, you will receive your new product in 5-8 days, and the old one will be picked up at the same time. And if you have chosen to return the product, our courier partner will pick up the product in 1-3 days, and after checking the product, you will receive a full refund in your original payment method in 7-10 business days.

3. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you receive a damaged product, you will be given a refund in the original payment method in 5-8 days or an on the spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed; it is your duty to receive the product after checking it on open box delivery.
