Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: Our team generally procures and ships the items within 1-2 days. And total shipping time is around 5-8 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please enter your default PIN code on the product checkout page to know more accurate delivery times.
Q: Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 5-8 business days?
A: It is possible that our order manager or our delivery partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date.
Q: Seller does not/cannot ship to my area, Why?
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
• Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
• The availability of reliable delivery partners in your location
Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 2-7 business days for any cancellation from our side. And in that case, we are sorry not to provide your desired product in your area.
Q: Why is the cash on delivery option not offered in my location?
A: Availability of cash on delivery depends on the ability of our delivery partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination, and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
Q: I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email, What should I do?
A: In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation Email/SMS, report the issue within 4 days after receiving delivery notification for us to investigate.
Q: Does BK Art & Crafts deliver internationally?
A: As of now, we only deliver items in India, not internationally. But we will be able to deliver our products anywhere in the world soon.

A: We offer you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partner (Razorpay) uses secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Credit and Debit cards, Net banking (covering 44 banks), UPI (covering 200+ banks), and various mobile wallets (JioMoney, Mobikwik, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money, and PayZapp) to make your purchase. And also cash on delivery is available for specific products.
Q: Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase?
A: There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this platform?
A: Yes, making the online payment is totally secure. Razorpay uses industry-standard AES-128-bit encryption for all user data and ensures all services are served over HTTPS using TLS to secure data transmission to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
Q: Does this platform store my credit/debit card information?
No. We use Razorpay payment gateway system, and it only stores the last 4 digits of your card number for the purpose of card identification.
Return or cancellation are the schemes provided by us directly under this policy, in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund is offered to you. The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for shipment. However, the customer may choose to return or replace the product within 4 days of delivery. The time window for cancellation is 4 days, and the order cannot be cancelled once this time has passed. In case of any cancellation from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
General Rules for a Successful Return:
1. In cases where a product is found missing/damaged/defective, contact us or just go to your order section, click on the particular order, and click the button to replace or return the product. We will process a replacement or return of the product in 1-3 business days.
2. If you have chosen to replace the product, you will receive your new product in 5-8 days, and the old one will be picked up at the same time. And if you have chosen to return the product, our courier partner will pick up the product in 1-3 days, and after checking the product, you will receive a full refund in your original payment method in 7-10 business days.
3. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you receive a damaged product, you will be given a refund in the original payment method in 5-8 days or an on the spot refund for cash-on-delivery orders. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed; it is your duty to receive the product after checking it on open box delivery.
